Partnerships
Often they don't work out that well, and sometimes they get a little crazy.
But...sometimes they can be mutually beneficial for the short-term and every once in awhile for long time. We have had a few great partnerships and we believe they are worth pursuing. It seems that if they are based on level of friendship, value, and the joint ability to spend the required effort to get things done well, they can be a rewarding part of business. We have partnered, loosely and in more structured ways, with several large and small organizations such as: Microsoft, Kepner-Tregoe, Willson Learning in Japan, Symantec, Lockheed Martin, ExecuTrain, and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. We have partnered with individuals too.
